We treat our candidates as we do our clients, after all, we are only as strong as the candidates we work with. We do everything in our power to help you each step of the way. We know that this is a stressful process for most people, so we take good care to ensure you are in the loop as to what is happening and give you as thorough feedback as we can.

We are serious about confidentiality. We keep your information confidential and never forward your resume to a client without your permission first. We will not forward any personal information to a client that you’re not 100% satisfied with.

We act as your representative to our client. We give them a summary on your skillset and what you are looking for in terms of a job, salary requirements, travel requirements and other details. Once we get feedback from our clients, we pass as much information onto you as we can. We give you guidance as to their interview process, who you will be speaking/meeting with, what they are looking for in a candidate, etc. The better you are prepared for the interview, the higher chance you have of getting the job.

After all the interviews are done, we try to give you detailed feedback from our client. And if you are going to get an offer letter, we negotiate on your behalf and on our client’s to ensure both parties are satisfied with the offer.

And we don’t stop there. We keep in close communication throughout your start with the company to make sure you are happy with the job and are doing well.
